The Secretary General of the Farnesina, Ambassador Riccardo Guariglia, met his French counterpart, Anne-Marie Descôtes, today in Paris. The meeting took place as part of the periodic consultations provided for in the Quirinal Treaty.
At the centre of the talks, reports the Italian embassy in Paris on X, bilateral relations, the main issues on the European agenda and international current affairs, starting with Ukraine and the Middle East. The exchanges, the embassy reports, were fruitful and intense, under the banner of the enhanced cooperation envisaged by the Treaty.
