Over 50,000 jobs could be lost due to
US tariffs, labour union UIL secretary general, Pierpaolo
Bombardieri, said on Wednesday.
"The choice to impose tariffs made by the US, if confirmed,
would be a problem for Europe and for Italy", said Bombardieri
on the 75th anniversary of the union.
"Some estimates report a damage of several billion (euros) and
we risk losing over 50,000 jobs", he explained.
