Vivendi Chairman Yannick Bollorè said
Thursday that the French investment company intends to sell its
stake in Italian telecommunications group TIM but will only do
it when the time is right.
He said Vivendi, which is TIM's biggest shareholder with a 23.75
% stake, would sell "when it can do so on good terms.
"The intention is to sell our stake, that's the plan," Bollorè
told analysis at the presentation of company results.
"We've heard a lot of speculation but, when we can sell on good
terms, we'll do it: our approach is very pragmatic".
