Luca Mazzone, a 53-year-old from
Terlizzi and one of Italy's flag carriers at the opening
ceremony of the Paris Paralympics, won a bronze medal on
Thursday in the Paracycling H1-2 road race, behind France's
Florian Jouanny and Spain's Garrote Munoz.
Mazzone had already conquered a silver medal in Paris in the
men's H2 road race.
